Be Good to Each Other
Be Good to Each Other was an annual PR and Marketing campaign that raised awareness and money for PACER, a non-profit focused on bullying prevention. Each year, we worked with celebrity partners who designed their own signature Be Good to Each Other shirt, which CustomInk then sold, donating all profits to PACER. Social media was always involved in this campaign, but the 2016 campaign year (featured here) was the most heavily integrated with social.
In addition to featuring and promoting the celebrity designs, I also managed an influencer campaign, built a user-generated-content-focused social sweeps using Wyng (formerly Offerpop), and designed a Snapchat filter that was available for use in CustomInk's HQ office and surrounding area on Unity Day. I also carefully monitored social media for any mentions of the campaign and reposted relevant content, such as when actress Sara Ramirez wore a Be Good to Each Other shirt to a red carpet event.
The campaign as a whole was a great success, earning 25,000,000 PR impressions. CustomInk social media earned a reach of over 1,000,000 viewers over the course of the month-long campaign.
